At Abigail Records Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Sealed products, such as vinyl records and CDs, cannot be returned if opened, unless defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please send photos of the item and packaging to info@abigailrecords.com within 5 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to a store error.
