Refund policy

At Abigail Records Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Sealed products, such as vinyl records and CDs, cannot be returned if opened, unless defective.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider.

  3. Speak with your bank — processing times may vary. If you still need help, contact us at info@abigailrecords.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please send photos of the item and packaging to info@abigailrecords.com within 5 days of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to a store error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
